Vertex Digital Forge provides short-form video production services including but not limited to: Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, brand content, and social media advertising videos. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are specified in the package selected at the time of purchase.
All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments are processed securely via our payment processor. Vertex Digital Forge does not store card details.
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase and begin once a complete project brief has been received. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, revision rounds, and client response time.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described in the package details. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be purchased separately.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered video content. Vertex Digital Forge retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the start of production.
The client must ensure they have the rights to any materials (logos, footage, music briefs) they supply to us. Vertex Digital Forge is not liable for third-party intellectual property infringement caused by client-supplied assets.
Vertex Digital Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
